Terms of Service

Last updated August 19, 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Crescent Park Computing Company (“Mana,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of the Mana website, applications, and related products and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, or by clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Mana, available at mana.space, is a product operated by Crescent Park Computing Company.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf, and “you” refers to that organization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 if you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom) to use the Services, and you must be old enough to form a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you are not barred from using the Services under any applicable law.

3. The Services

Mana is a persistence-first, AI-powered workspace. It lets you store and organize content, run tasks through an AI assistant, generate interactive content, and — where you choose to enable them — connect third-party services. The Services may include automated functionality and artificial intelligence features that generate content, recommendations, and actions in response to your instructions.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services at any time. Some features may be offered on a beta or experimental basis and may not perform as intended.

4. Your account

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared or transferred without our consent. The person whose email address is registered to an account is considered its owner; where ownership is disputed, we may suspend the account pending resolution.

5. License to use the Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. This license lasts only for as long as you are permitted to use the Services and complies with these Terms.

6. Your content

“Your Content” means the content, files, data, and instructions (including prompts and inputs) that you submit to, upload to, or create within the Services, together with the outputs generated for you by the AI features in response (“Outputs”). As between you and us, you retain all rights you hold in Your Content and in the Outputs generated for you, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, and otherwise use Your Content solely as necessary to operate, provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Services, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for Your Content, and for its legality, reliability, and accuracy, and you represent that you have the necessary rights to submit it and that it does not violate these Terms or any law or third-party rights.

Except where you expressly agree otherwise, we do not use Your Content or Outputs to train or fine-tune our artificial intelligence systems. We may create and use aggregated, de-identified, or anonymised data (which does not identify you) to operate, analyze, and improve the Services.

7. AI features and limitations

The Services use artificial intelligence to generate Outputs. Given the nature of AI, Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise inappropriate, and may not be unique — similar inputs may produce similar Outputs for other users. You are responsible for evaluating Outputs and for any decisions or actions you take based on them.

The Services are not a substitute for professional advice (including legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice) and must not be used for any high-risk purpose where errors could lead to death, personal injury, or severe physical, environmental, or property damage. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services and Outputs complies with all laws applicable to you.

The Services rely on third-party AI models whose operation, availability, and accuracy are outside our control. We disclaim all liability for errors, downtime, changes, or other issues arising from any third-party AI model.

8. Third-party services and connected accounts

The Services may let you connect or interact with third-party services, models, and integrations (for example, email, calendar, or messaging providers), including through OAuth authorization. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that third party’s own terms and privacy policies, which we neither control nor endorse. You are responsible for complying with those terms, and you may revoke any access you have granted at any time. We are not responsible for any third-party service or for data shared with or received from it at your direction.

You represent that you have all rights, authorizations, and consents necessary for us and the Services to access each connected account and to perform the actions you instruct in connection with it.

Automated actions. The Services may act on your behalf — including autonomously and on a schedule, without contemporaneous review of each action — to carry out the tasks you configure, such as reading, creating, modifying, or deleting data, and sending messages or otherwise transacting through a connected service. You authorize us and the Services to take these actions within the scope you configure, and you are solely responsible for configuring appropriate permissions, guardrails, and limits, and for all actions taken within that scope. Any transaction carried out through a connected service is between you and the relevant third party; we are not a party to it and are not liable for it, and you are responsible for any resulting fees, charges, or taxes.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to permit anyone else to:

  • Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation, or to infringe any third-party right;
  • Upload, generate, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or that contains malware;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Services, their infrastructure, or other users’ accounts or data;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code or underlying models of the Services, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
  • Access or use the Services to build or train a competing product or service, or copy any features or functionality;
  • Use automated means (such as scraping, bots, or crawlers) to access the Services except through interfaces we expressly provide;
  • Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security or authentication measures, or engage in abusive or excessive consumption of resources; or
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Services to send spam or unsolicited messages.

We may investigate and take appropriate action, including removing content, suspending or terminating access, and cooperating with law enforcement, in response to actual or suspected violations.

10. Our intellectual property

The Services, including all software, technology, models, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks (other than Your Content), are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted to you in these Terms, we reserve all rights in and to the Services. You may not use our name, logos, or trademarks without our prior written permission.

11. Feedback

If you provide us with suggestions, ideas, or other feedback about the Services, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback for any purpose, without any obligation or compensation to you.

12. Fees and payment

Certain features of the Services may be offered for a fee. If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, fees are non-refundable, and paid plans may renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled. We may change our fees on a prospective basis by providing notice as required by law. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers subject to their terms.

13. SMS communications

Program and operator. The Mana SMS program is provided by Crescent Park Computing Company, which operates the Mana product and mana.space. The program sends transactional messages to users who expressly opt in, including phone-verification codes and user-requested reminders, alerts, and digests from Mana apps and scheduled tasks. The program is not used for affiliate marketing.

Opt-in and consent. You may opt in through the authenticated Mana application by opening Settings or Integrations, entering your own mobile number, reviewing the SMS disclosure, selecting “Send code,” and entering the verification code sent to that number. By completing this process, you consent to receive recurring transactional SMS messages from Mana. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Costs and frequency. Mana does not charge a separate fee for participating in the SMS program, but message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan. Message frequency varies based on the Mana apps, reminders, alerts, digests, and scheduled tasks you configure.

Opt-out and support. Reply STOP to any Mana SMS message to opt out. After your opt-out is processed, you will receive no further SMS messages from Mana unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help or contact compliance@mana.space. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For information about how we collect, use, and protect mobile information, see our Privacy Policy.

14. Term and termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, and we may delete Your Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Where practicable, we will make Your Content available for export for a limited period before deletion; you are responsible for exporting any content you wish to retain. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — will survive.

15. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

16. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mana and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, Your Content, your Outputs, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

18. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of- law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. To the extent permitted by law, you and Mana waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Where arbitration does not apply, the state and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above, and where changes are material we will provide additional notice — for example, by email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other terms referenced here, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, and agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.

Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and us, and these Terms do not confer any rights on, and are not enforceable by, any person who is not a party to them. We may provide notices to you through the Services or by email to the address associated with your account; you may provide notices to us at the contact details below.
